BUYERS, It's a Buyers Market & that means a Great time to buy! In the "Properties" section of this site, you may search through ALL available properties currently listed for sale in the Multi-Regional Multiple Listing Service (MRMLS), which covers the greater Southern California area. If you would like to receive this in a hardcopy report (paper), simply fill out a "Buyers Request Form". If you prefer saving time searching and would rather receive automatic email notifications of properties that meet your specific criteria as they become available, simply fill out a "Buyers Request Form" and you will be one of the first to receive notifications of newly listed properties as they become available on the market. There is no cost or obligation and it can be discontinued at any time. One more thing, buyers these days are interested in REOs or Bank Owned properties. These are fine, but please keep in mind, these homes are usually sold "as is" with no repairs or warranties given and are currently sold at market price, not lower than market price like we've seen just a couple months ago. Please fill out a "Buyer's Request Form" for a list of all types of sales.
