Having lived, worked & served customers in many areas of the Inland Empire from Pomona to Indio & from Barstow to Temecula, I have extensive area knowledge of many cities, deserts, valleys and mountain communities.  I keep current with market trends, preview new property inventory weekly and stay updated with current loan programs and the changing market.

Why I Became Involved In The Business -

Like most people, I've always appreciated the beauty, serenity and security of owning a home. However, it was not until the purchase of my first home that I began to appreciate the value of real estate.  It was a modest $43,000, one-bedroom, one-bath, 800 SF, cute & cozy cabin with a fireplace, nestled in the remote woods of Lake Arrowhead. It wasn't much, but it was my first home and I loved it. From that first transaction, I learned to use the value of my home's equity to acquire greater valued properties, thus improving the size and value of each home with each new transaction.  Currently, I own a home I may not have been able to purchase today at current market prices.  I'd like to help you do it too!
